During January – Rachel Recommends:
Miss Dibs! We have some gorgeous products for you to try this month – made right here in Westbury! I’m really excited! Miss Dibs specialises in ‘all things savoury’ and it was a real delight testing the samples we had at the end of last year. The Greek influence is obvious – and the Tiropita Pie is divine – feta and mint – I can’t wait to try this again. Miss Dibs is a fledgling enterprise, set up by Vanessa Di Bitondo who has recreated some of her grandmother’s traditional recipes. There is an Italian influence too - the quality and presentation is beautiful – and there are two soups in the Miss Dibs range which are just perfect for these cold winter days. These dishes leave you wanting more. I so want to say more, but I’m running out of space! So - why not come in and ask for the Spanakopita Pie – I look forward to testing your pronunciation!!
