| On
22 December, the Friendly Society joined with St Lawrence School in
singing carols at three locations in the village.
Starting
at Stoneleigh, the singers moved to Belle Close with the Square as
the final destination.
Mulled
wine and mince pies were being served when a surprise visitor
arrived. Explaining that he'd had to come in a vintage car driven by
a policemen because the reindeer were grazing up at Priddy, Father
Christmas handed out presents to all the children and conducted the
singing of 'Happy Birthday' to Grace Murray.
